My kids are really into sharks and megalodons right now, so I quickly painted this cute nice little megalodon that is eating a whale for a snack. Looking for a name for the megalodon, Ethan didn't like the name "Snuggles."
I love how you use color, the character designs are really well thought out. I especially like how you handled the water highlights in the background and how it reflects on the top of the shark - very nice.
nice textures, great color, scaring design, I love it. But (and sorry for saying it), the megalodon is maybe too big? But im sure you already know this, so I'm feeling like a fool for mention it, but what the hell..:D
Interesting work. I'm working on my own art project in London right now in conjunction with the P40B Art Collective. You can check out the detail at www.011108.co.uk
What an amazing artist. First time on your blog. I spent a lot of time through all your pieces and I just want to see them again... Todd you are truly amazing, congrats!!!
You could call him Fidget? Or maybe Ferris? Or Dwayne. A giant destructive force of nature named Dwayne would be hysterical. As the dog said, "we've all got our flamin' aunt dolly's"
Dude you have a great style! I was wondering if you ever have done a Darth Vader? I am creating a tribute book to George Lucas called "100 Ways to the Darkside" where I am having 100 hand picked artist create Darth Vader. I would love one for the book in your style. Please let me know if your interested!
