At last.... ;)Almost a dragon, I approve! Furthermore this gator is fantastic :) And what a pretty red coat ^^ Very nice work!
Yeah! Todd is back!!
Fantastic gator! Clearly well fed. There such cool and magical stuff going on here in the shadow colors and reflected light.
I remember those guys! Fantastic stuff sir! I posted my attempt at modeling your Sir Loin guy over on my blog if anyone is interested. Glad to see you posting again! I might just have to attempt modeling another one. Your characters are so fun!
Great blog! Love your paintings and designs, especially Sir Loin lol. You got some serious skills!Hans
Great gator, Todd. And as for the "posting a lot," I'll believe it when I see it.
oh the wait was worth it! Very nice. "may I have some more please?" I'm patient.
he looks a bit confused!!! GREAT!!
I love your choice of colors in your work, very nice.
that's one happy gator. good stuff!
Welcome back. Can't wait to see more of your arty goodness!
Wow! What a wonderful blog! Your paintings are really really lovely.... I will be back to check often :)-Sarah!
So, did these "technical challenges" you were dealing with have anything at all to do with forgetting your password?Todd, I think this guy is one of my favorite pieces of concept art, ever.
man your stuffs awsome. hopefully i can getting my painting abilty up yo this standard.
Huhu, such a funny character ! It's great to see new works of you :)
A very cool if slightly insane looking Gator !! Great work !
Hello Todd!, it's good to see you posting again. This gater is a lovely character concept you have here! It's very exaggerated but it's still works, and the painting style gives it an even nicer look to it.I was just wondering as a concept artists, do you always paint your concepts out? When I look at the concept work for animations it's usually sketches, but when I see all the work from Avalanche it's all very painterly.Though I'm an amateur with colours I love to paint when I have time. The style the workers at Avalanche have an awesome style. I hope I can put some of that in my own digital paintings one day!
Funny! I love the thickness of him, his eyes too are very... looney. Makes his character even more fun to look at. Somehow being savagely eaten by a gator that looks like he does doesn't seem quite so scary. Neeeed mooore...
AWESOME! The director of the show I'm working on caught me looking at this blog, but didn't care because he loved your work! And so do I
I love the gator! And all the other monsters, but he's definitely the best.
i haven´t see this , i love it ,by the way , I just link you in my blog
